Description
Hornady SST Bullets are designed for black powder muzzleloading rifles and boast the same excellent quality workmanship as all Hornady bullets. A key feature is the low drag sabot which makes loading far easier. In addition SST bullets are used to load the sabots for optimal expansion and little fragmentation.
These bullets are also designed for excellent penetration and have the ability to hold their weight. As a result performance with long-range shooting is greatly improved. The .50 caliber sabot falls away immediately after the bullet exits the muzzle.
