This large-capacity stainless steel dehydrator is ideal for drying all foods including jerky. The temperature adjusts from 95° F to 176° F and the 16 stainless steel trays give you a whopping 19 sq. ft. of drying space.

Uniform drying. This BigBite® 16-Tray Dehydrator features a 1200-watt heating element; dual rear-mounted fans; and rear venting for horizontal airflow ensuring even drying. The 16 stainless steel trays have a 3/8″ grid.

Easy to use. The intuitive digital control panel conveniently located at the front lets you adjust the temperature in 2° increments and includes a timer that you set from 30 minutes to 24 hours. The non-slip feet won’t mar countertops and the removable drip tray makes cleanup a breeze.

Durable. The housing on this workhorse dehydrator is made from long-lasting stainless steel. The swinging door has a glass window that lets you observe the drying process; it opens wide so you can easily access the trays and has a secure magnetic closure. The ten drying trays are made from stainless steel.
